We've just returned from the famous Disney Management Seminar!
Yes, we got to visit Downtown Disney but the SmileMakers and I were much more excited about what the folks at Disney taught us about taking care of our wonderful visitors. Next time you come see us, ask anyone about the Disney Seminar and watch thme light up!

What's the title of the seminar?
